The AACA organization is a nonprofit organization located in La Crosse, Wisconsin providing a variety of programs for the community with a focus on African American and interracial families. The needs of the African American and interracial community are to be met by AACA acting as an advocate for the people; promoting effective community relations; and maximizing and the usage of the community resources and services.

AACA seeks to build a network that represents its voice on issues and facilitate the delivery of mental, social, physical, and culture services to the African American and interracial families of the greater La Crosse area
